The team created these larger than usual foams for a our client who required them to fit inside a tool cabinet. The customer sent to us the sizes required and their thickness needed, to keep the tools secure.
We then send these requirements along with a tool list to our design team who go through a process to find the best way to fit all the tools into the foams layers. This is to ensure that all tools are easily accessible and that there is enough room for push points to work.
Shown in the images below are the completed layers. Most of the layers, as you can see, have spaces for our client to be able to add to their tool kit at a later date, should they wish to.
